It takes me guys 3 days waiting to get help from them, and after that, they called me to tell me that there is a problem and it can’t be solved before 15 days!!!! Then if you want to open a new account maybe that will takes 20 days!! Furthermore, do you know that they don’t have customers service!! You only can send them an email and wait till they call you!! So insane I haven’t had a worse experience ever before!! Go learn from Talabat and Uper apps how dealing with customers and how to facilitate the affairs of the customers! Hayyak made you download the app in order to increase its review, but when you download it you figure out without any reason or justification, that you can only open an account within 20 days!!’ Baad bad bad !

Hi , the app is working fine, but after submitting documents and finish all the informations required the app give you error , please do the needful, I’m using the latest update
