App functionality issues
I have been having functionality problems since a month ago with my iPhone 14 Pro, with the top back arrow and the three dots, they are hidden behind the battery percentage and the clock, whenever I press on the 3 dots or the back arrow, nothing happens, I have to close the app and start again with the same issue. I changed to iPhone 15 Pro Max with bigger screen thinking the problem will be solved with bigger screen but the problem still exists on all iPhones models! Please fix this issue asap as it’s very annoying!

Comparison between other bank’s apps is night and day
I recently opened a business a point with RakBank after 7 years of banking with another local bank. The difference is insane. RakBank you have simplified the process and made it so much more user friendly. The other banks seem like they do not want you to transact.
