First Heritage FCU

I would like to let everyone know that First Heritage has done a fantastic job from the the beginning of my banking history with them and all the way through. They have been great to work with and I have never had any issues what so ever with this institution. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for highly professional bank that is excellent to work with. Thankyou to the employees of First Heritage.

I am always so pleased with the service and attention I receive from First Heritage FCU. They have made every transaction easy and personal. The staff is exemplary. My local bank is very professional and friendly. The staff I have dealt with on the phone are very knowledgeable and patient.

Generally the app works fine to view my account. When I checked today, 3 checks didn’t show as cleared, nor did 1 deposit. The checks were written at the end of April and the check deposited remotely. A call to the credit union confirmed that all transactions were processed. I removed the app and reinstalled. The transactions are now visible. I’m not sure what the problem was.
