Push notifications don’t work well
We have been using the software for our conferences, and overall it is pretty good. BUT the push notifications for mass alerts is VERY hot and miss. First will go through to attendee phones, but then the rest will only show up in the app inbox. Doesn’t seem to matter how phones are set. Very frustrating!

Feedback
I can’t find an area in the app to provide app feedback. So here it is. The agenda section has refresh issues that are really annoying. At an event I’m checking the agenda often and every time I open it, it glitches for 2-3 seconds as it refreshes. Causing me to jump up and down in the agenda. Also, please auto scroll the agenda to the current date and time. A week long conference with hourly events makes for a lot of scrolling. The maps section needs to allow you to zoom in. I can’t read room names.

Need help from customer support please!
Hi there! It looks like your customer support form on your website is broken, I keep getting a time out error message and am in need of some help! I got logged out of my app automatically during a conference yesterday and don't have access to my leads anymore! The username and password that I originally used doesn't work anymore, can someone help me get back into my account so I can export my leads please? Thank you!
