Love the way it suggests options for exactly the need you have in the moment! I use it to feel better when I’m getting anxious or stressed or to get focused and positive for work. The 5 minute meditations fit in my schedule easily, and when I want I can do a longer one, or multiple at a time. I LOVE the biofeedback and that the sessions are made by experts including psychologists.

• I was chosen by a group to which I belong to ask about AM MINDFULNESS; several are very interested, but some have limited budgets. We agreed that all members would benefit from using the same app.
• I am very grateful to the dev for responding and understanding I was asking a question. (IN ALL HONESTY, the 2-star rating was a typo!) My original rating should have been FOUR STARS!! MY apologies.
• The science, research, IA/UX, and design are solid and reproducible. Of course, opinions vary to that statement.
• For me, the insightful blend of data is what draws me to the Am Grateful app.

• One-App purchase is NOT MENTIONED as required by Apple. But a subscription scale is displayed in the dev’s description of the app?

I highly recommend Am as a way to help regain & maintain perspective. If you’re like me and tend towards being narrow-focused and intense, it’s extremely valuable - but incredibly difficult - to pause and observe yourself in the third person. Am is an instrument to attain this vital state. It not only helps you get out of the rabbit hole, but helps you to be more focused and effective while inside of it. Thank you Am!
