Sweat Factor — at home fitness

The content, trainers, and set up of Sweat Factor is amazing. I have tried a lot of other online subscriptions and nothing comes close to this. So much variety and so much new content added all the time. And at such a reasonable monthly price! I truly can’t say enough good things about Mike D’s app!!!!!! Update 2 years later: STILL LOVING IT! STILL SUBSCRIBED! Keeps getting better with more content, more trainers, and so many options of kinds of workouts to choose from. Truly the absolute best out there! 🙌👍🖤

At the beginning of the pandemic I tried at least 3-5 workout apps. Some were boring, some were ineffective, one was trying to sell me more stuff and one was very confusing to navigate. I was excited when I found Sweatfactor! It is easy to navigate and has everything you need to work out at any levels. I almost immediately found my favorite trainers/workouts. People now ask me if I’ve been working out! Thank you Mike Donavanik and Chris Tye-Walker you guys are awesome! 3 lbs to go to my goal weight....

I hate gyms. Been working out at home for years, along with running. DVDs have gone the way of the dinosaur... Workout apps are where it’s at! Sweat Factor is totally worth the money. There are so many awesome trainers and tons of variety of workouts, whether you’re looking for HIIT, weights, cardio, circuit training, Pilates, arms, legs, 30 minutes, 45 minutes etc. If you’re looking for a great way to get in or stay in shape at home, download this app!!! You won’t regret it.
