EazyDiner : Eat Out & Save

Was impressed at how simple the process was to unlock significant savings. I booked a reservation for my family at a fancy restaurant, and got detailed updates from Eazydiner via WhatsApp on what to expect on the day of. After some talking to the staff, the restaurant applied the Eazydiner discount (20% off the bill), and paying through the app helped us save an additional 10% or so. Overall, so worth it! Hope these deals bring joy to several others.

I have used this about 5 times in different restaurants and none of them have accepted the deal, the manager in restaurant says to contact EazyDiner and confirm regarding any deal. I am highly doubtful of the model they are following, almost any deal you find on the app is bogus. One time I actually contact the EazyDiner customer care from the restaurant and they said that they are contacting the restaurant to sort the issue but I never got any reply and I just paid and left the restaurant. I feel it’s not worth it to go to a restaurant and fight for deals and coordinate between EazyDiner and the restaurant to get a deal. I hope the EazyDiner customer care team reviews this and improves the service or close it all together or atleast put out deals that are actually accepted in restaurants. Also, their pay zee service is an imaginary service which is not accepted in any single restaurant that I have visited. I am saying this because I have checked this with multiple restaurant.

All the dishes were excellent. We had Momos and the Asian Barbequed fish to start with. The steamed Momos were freshly made, plump, firm and the chicken stuffing had just the right taste. We then had the Kungpao Prawns, the Sliced chicken in wine sauce with Hakka noodles and the Coriander and burnt Garlic fried rice. The fried rice was undoubtedly the star of the show! Delicately spiced, the coriander and burnt garlic smokiness was so good - you need not have any accompaniment with it. The prawns in the Kungpao prawns were generous in size. All our dishes were selected on the basis of minimum chili-heat and hence many other interesting menu items were given the miss. Also all dishes were minus ‘Ajina Moto’ as per request. We ended with an interesting dessert comprising Orange Darsaan and basil with vanilla ice cream. All portions were quite generous. Asia House is indeed a deserving candidate for a position among the top eating places in Kolkata.
