CEEK Metaverse

After dealing with some issues that were more user error than anything, I’ve been having a ball enjoying the available content. Love all the new artists and the live performances allow me to feel like I’m getting out of the house. Would love to see more live concerts in small jazz club venues.

I really wanted this to work out. Seemed like such a great product on the surface. I made the mistake of paying for the yearly subscription. I was able to get into the app just fine. I was able to maneuver for the most part. I even watch the behind-the-scenes videos. MY issue is that NONE of the movies play. No instructions anywhere on how anything works - how to vote - how to use CEEK coins. Also, customer service is terrible. All I get is “we will forward to our technical team. Thank you for your patience.” Then nobody responds until the next day. Right now it’s been more than a day. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Sadly, I had already told my followers that I was going to subscribe, based on my initially being able to view the behind-the-scenes videos. I assumed the concert ones would work too. I’m going and recommending the not download or purchase a subscription - not until they fix this. I may now cancel my yearly subscription. Can’t watch anything.

This is my first taste of virtual reality. Seen others enjoy the experience on tv for quite some time, so I decided to take the plunge and experience it for myself. I am glad that I did. I took some time for my eyes to adjust, but once my vision adjusted it was great. Would definitely like to see more concert options, but I'm sure that would have to be cleared first. Looking forward to new releases.
