Lovebox - Long Distance Love

I bought a love box for my partner and I to have at home. We work opposite shifts and sometimes can feel a bit distanced by the difference in our sleep/work schedules. Aside from that, I enjoy sending/giving affirmations and little reminders or goofy jokes throughout the day. And I don’t really ever require a reply, though through texting it can sometimes create a pressure to respond, and texting platforms only let you get so creative. This solves all this for us and has given us an additional way to communicate, and has been so lovely, charming, whimsical, and genuinely just helpful. The app itself is amazing and hasn’t given me any issues. You have so much freedom with how you create your love message, and I can’t wait to see what new and exciting additions come out in the future. I’d give this to all of the top 5 important people in my life. It’s such a gentle, calm, and charming way to stay connected with loved ones. I just can’t say enough nice things.

We are a good 8 hr. drive from my parents, now in their mid-80’s, a tough drive to do for them OR us “young’uns”, even before this stinkin’ Covid pandemic made it downright impossible nearly 2 years ago. THAT shut down our visits completely, and, horrifically, my Mom suffered a stroke and I was unable to get to her. I have LONNNGGG struggled with bouts of severe depression & anxiety, and during these bouts, I WILL NOT ~ though I know it may be in my best interest ~ answer my phone, reply to or even look at texts/emails, nor will I call anyone, because, in the sickness in MY MIND, my thoughts are that I will be a burden, that nobody wanted to get a call from some “Debbie Downer”, or that no one is interested in a call from someone JUST to get an earful of “Woe Is Me…Poor Me…”, or maybe they think I’m expecting some kind of pity or something. ALL of that kind of crap ALWAYS plays out in my head during bouts of depression and anxiety before I have to do even the simplest of things…even just call my Mom/Dad/Bro to say HELLO, I LOVE YOU & WANTED YOU TO KNOW. So, they would be left with numerous messages TO ME ~ knowing that the last time they spoke with me I was very depressed ~ asking how I was doing GOING UNANSWERED FOR DAYS ON END. But this summer, my brother got our Mom a LOVEBOX. I finally got the info on how to send messages to it at Thanksgiving, and IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL GAMECHANGER‼️ Now, no matter how I am feeling, if I think of my Mom, I can just send her a quick little note to let her know (no smartphone for her!), without the added anxieties. This gift is a beautiful and quirky way to connect with your long distant loved ones. I am currently enrolled in college while my boyfriend is serving in the military. I got him this neat little box as a fun way to communicate without having to go through the hassle of postal services. I know most people will see this and think, why not just text the person, but I can assure you that your significant other will appreciate the extra effort with the Lovebox. He has it sitting on his desk in his room so he can spin the heart at random points throughout the day, so that I know he’s back from work. He even will spin it when we’re online gaming with our friends. It always puts a smile on my face to see that he’s still thinking about me despite being a thousand miles away. As far as the quality of the app, I have personally never had an issue with the app, and his box has always responded accordingly.
