This app is a great help in counseling patients. Needs to be updated to be consistent with recent literature, especially removing race and ethnicity from the algorithm.
I use this app all the time to estimate patient success rate for trial of labor after C-section. It certainly helps women have a clearer understanding of their individual likelihood of success.
Great app. Very straightforward to use, with a nice, intuitive interface. You can easily and quickly calculate the percent chance of a successful VBAC when counseling patients in the office. In addition, if you admit a patient in labor, you can use admission factors, like their cervical exam, to further refine their chance of success. Love it.
