Restrictive
Though the app is informative there is no way to have communication with customer service but on the phone during specified hours. They have a message service for a nurse but NOT customer service. I don’t have the time to be on the phone for 40min at work when phone hours are available. Wasteful amount of time. Allow messaging with customer service.

Can’t connect my Fitness Apps
I’ve been trying to connect my fitness apps for weeks to no avail. The app opens a green page and an error message pops up telling me that I’m unable to connect. I called customer service several times. The reps are helpless as they simply parrot the messages provided by their technical team. Why advertise a capability that doesn’t work??? I would really like to take advantage of the health tracker! Can someone on the tech team contact me to help me resolve this issue??? The customer service reps have been as good as they can be, but they’re helpless with resolving the issue. One even called me back to see if the issue was resolved. Nope!
