In the big year of 2025, why are you still making it difficult to cancel a subscription

Today I have been told by ntnews the reason I can no longer access the NT news on the app or read online articles is because my subscription doesn’t allow it! This is despite the fact I have had full access since my digital subscription since 2017. This is fraudulent and shonky behavior by ntnews. Another way to get you to pay more. To suddenly change your subscription access without warning rings shades of fraud. This is so unprofessional particularly when there has been no communication and we have been left wondering why we can’t access digital content. Shame on you ntnews!

Personally I’ve never had any sort of problem with this app , Can’t understand all the negative ratings ?? Works 100% for me and does exactly what it’s supposed to do , 4stars for me. B.Snow 👍
