Problems, problems and more problems using app on iPhone. All current iOS and app software. Has never worked on one of our phones, and after two years doesn’t work on another. Request support help from News Corp and copy and paste responses are irrelevant and useless.

Each days paper doesn’t load automatically into my library. It used to, but doesn’t anymore. The Courier Mail app, which is made by the same corp., is much better- I’d recommend it over this one.

It will only download on Wifi which is problematic when out and about. They have a pop up suggestion to fix this but it doesn’t. It would be better value if you also had access to the other “papers” owned by this company as on some the days the content is really thin.
