The app is generally easy to use and user friendly. However, when I finish an article in the commentary tab it shuts down and I need to restart it which is annoying and a major implementation error. Also, from time to time when I leave a crossword or the circuit breaker l lose all the clues I have completed. This intermittent failure is extremely annoying when the puzzle is almost done. Fixing these problems will make the app significantly better. I appreciate the wide variety of views covered and the overall quality of the commentary. I recommend it to others and will keep subscribing.

It is one thing to have the same stories promoted again and again in the one issue and over multiple days, even repeatedly promoted again at the end of unrelated individual articles but now having video reels that don’t stop and continue to run when you move down to read the article is just too much. You can’t even scroll down the home page without constantly having a video reel playing the same thing over and over again. Not only is it hard on the eyes but it just drains the battery of your phone or iPad. I now spend less time reading The Australian than I have in the past. The repeated duplication of articles, visually busy screen that makes it difficult to filter out what you have already read on previous days or want to read, and the continual looping of video reels makes reading The Australian an unpleasant and frustrating experience. My main reason now for continuing my subscription is not the news component, which has always been the main reason for my subscription in the past, but the puzzle section where you have only one item on the page at any one time, no audio and no visual overload. Terrible app that is just getting worse by the day.

Obviously something has changed with your app or with the Australian newspaper. I can no longer use the comments to reply to any of your articles if you’ve changed something would you like to tell all your readers or you may lose them? I don’t know how to link my subscription to comments so that means I can’t use the app on my iPhone In addition I tried on the desktop and the function doesn’t work at all. Ie I can’t reply I’m your comments section I’ve noticed this in the last few days Would somebody. suggest a solution And in addition, your NEWSPAPER has gone mad in that every article I tried to There are ads. Ads on top ads on the side ads in between paragraphs . Ads under the article It’s a very unpleasant experience to try and read the article in your Saturday AUSTRALIAN. I ended up turning off the computer. WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH THIS PAPER?? Whoever is in charge of your layout, please let them know that whatever changes they’ve made the papers going backwards and quality Quite a few weeks ago, somebody changed their comment section where you actually write in your comment. It’s not as good as it was retrograde move on the part of the designer I would say. However, I can live with it, but I can’t live with the fact that every time I press the reply button to write in to the paper in regards to an article it doesn’t work
