The filters definitely need a vast improvement. Why can’t I filter by class? I want to know how many Reformer or PULSE classes are available in the week, and their start times. Seems to be the most obvious choice. But you’re able to filter by every trainer across all One Playground gyms, which is just weird.

First of all, there is no waitlist (very standard at this day and age in Sydney). Secondly, there is no indication how many spots are still free to book in the class so good luck trying to book anything with your friends together - it’s just Russian roulette - is there one spot free? 2 spots? More? Try signing up to find out but we will charge you if you cancel after signing up. Lastly, what a “great” idea to open more clubs and leave the signing up time for everyone for 12:00. The app capacity is insufficient for the amount of people accessing the app at the same time so it goes to being unresponsive this week as they just opened a new club. Such a terrible experience for anyone trying to book anything. Do better!

Pls add a waitlist option for classes that are full. Would also be great if you added how many spaces are left in a class in case friends want to go together. A better way to check classes a few days ahead would be good - at the moment you just have to scroll into oblivion to get to the classes 3 days away. Pls also change the splash page/home page image. I don’t want to see those 2 ridiculously fit people every time I open the app. We get it. It’s a gym. Show some weights or equipment or something without people.
