iv been with sydney pole for 2 years with the old app and i'm not sure why they changed it to this one. i haven't been able to book anything in for the past week, it tells me to buy a pass despite already having a pass. iv contacted the studio and they have been really slow to reply/fix it. the lay out of the old one was overall easier to use. please fix it so i can book in.
Not great. The app doesn’t allow adding to waitlists, can’t see what room classes are in, can’t see the schedule more than two weeks in advance, and is suuuuper slow to refresh or action clicks. The ability to choose which pass is used when you book a class is nice, but otherwise a much worse app than the old one
It's difficult to check my passes
