Innerhive: Caregiver Support

As soon as I paid for the app, it wouldn’t launch any of the ‘tours’ to review how to use it. Contacted their help team, waiting on response (it is a Sunday/Holiday weekend) so I will give them time to follow up and then update review.

At that time, I had to juggle multiple notebooks to keep track of medical appointments, medicine lists, and other details. However, with Innerhive, everything is organized and easily accessible at a glance. I like that I have complete control over my medical information and can access it instantly during emergency situations when drug interactions can be fatal. Another great feature of the app is that I can share my care map and grant access to other caregivers for a limited time, making it easier to share responsibilities. It would be great if there was an option to sync drs info either from a contact list, Google maps or a photo of a business card. Not a need, but a wish as it requires entering only once.
