Well designed and intuitive interface! This is such a helpful tool especially for seniors living at home or alone.

This is a very helpful app for not only capturing your medical records from various providers but also for sharing those records, prescriptions, calendar items/care action items with people that assist you with coordinating your healthcare. It’s ideal for families with older or disabled relatives that need assistance. But, it can really be used for anybody to help create a single place to keep all of this information. Best part about it, the user decides who gets access to what level of records they care to share and all of this information is easily accessible on your phone in your pocket anywhere you go
