The bones of the app are good but it’s only worth it if you are able to select your nearby IGA. I understand if my local isn’t enabled for online shopping, but surely let me select it to let me view the specials etc… there must be more than a dozen IGAs in Geelong and the Bellarine and yet the nearest store it’s showing up is Point Cook. Hmmm. It’s also very odd to see this app live in conjunction with the old (red icon) IGA Australia app, which *does* serve the purpose of viewing the catalogue for my local store, but without any of the filtering or searching abilities. This app I’m reviewing is a decent app hamstrung by poor store selection.

I appreciate the simple design – not cluttered or overwhelming. Checking out is quick, saving items to list and the buy again functionality is handy. It does what it needs to do without any fuss.

Placed an order, received my groceries within the selected fulfilment time. App does what is is expected to do.
