The app works fine but has one major issue - namely, most of the times I try to access it I find I have been logged out yet again and, despite my having enabled facial recognition, it demands every time that I input MyGovID login details which I do not remember off the top of my head. That is making it unusuable on those occasions when I have a need of it outside of home.
This will be so useful when it’s up & running efficiently. Living with chronic illness for a long time means a lot of records, med lists & appointments to keep track of. It’s great to have them handy on my phone. I recently, however, got a message to attend an appointment - the day after it happened! The option to request rescheduling appts & suggest alternative dates is badly needed. Mine are often at different hospitals & can clash. Really helpful app though, when the glitches are ironed out!
I have been recommended to download and use this App by HSE staff especially now that I have regular maternity appointments. Unfortunately, the App has a major technical issue, which is it won’t allow you to Login. It says it is compatible with iPhone 6 and up. I have an iPhone 8. On the opening page there should be a continue option on the bottom. This does not exist. Very disappointing. The IT department needs to sort this issue. I have seen that it is a common problem judging by some of the other reviews. I cannot speak for the IOS users maybe they are not experiencing the same issues.
