Grazzee

So my issue is with the notification part of the app. Last year I used to get email notifications when tips were added but for some reason I don’t get them now. I don’t even get push notifications even though they’re set up in settings. I’ve tried some basic troubleshooting but nothing works. I contacted support and they told me that I have to login with email or number which I have but still nothing.

A lot of the glowing reviews on here refer to people who give money on this app, and not one refers to the people actually receiving money. This was an absolute hassle to transfer the money to my bank. And when it didn’t go through because of their app, I LOST $5 in a penalty fee. I transferred money to a debit card where I had to manually transfer it to my wallet. I needed to put a stop payment on something, and was directed to a different email where I was told a ticket was created and don’t hear back. I tried calling visa who then directed me to a different number related to Grazzee that was out of service. So I called three more times requesting a person to talk to. I was given ANOTHER robot who told me my card information was invalid. This is ridiculous, and now I am out money because of the incompetence of this app.

For 25 years in Manhattan, the tradition that was preparing Holiday / New Years “Thank You” cards with some gratitude for our super, doormen and other building service providers came with hand cramps, walks in the cold to the bank and to buy the thank you cards. Now imagine licking the envelopes and then having to manually account for how the $$$ was divided… in short, it sucked… it’s important and meaningful, but the process stunk . Well thank freakin god for Grazzee , the venmo for the Gratitide Business.
