Gourmetmiles: Diet Awareness

The concept is really cool. Have a scale that syncs with an app to easily and quickly log calories. The problem is this is the opposite of what happens when you try to use the app with the scale. It’s faster to use any other tracking app with a regular scale. I would recommend to the developer to just start over completely with the focus on quick logging of food. For example you don’t even have the ability to edit quantity entries after you’ve made them. If you don’t use the scale you can only select 100g. What if you have 150g? You can’t edit the number of grams or see how many grams an entry has in your food diary after you’ve used the scale to input a food. And what if the nutrition label of the food doesn’t match the entry in the database? Also it takes so long to find foods without favorites. No one would ever use this app if it weren’t for the scale.

Superb nutrition tracking app. Sends detailed and clear alerts on preservatives, food coloring, and artificial flavors. Accurately and reliably tracks my calories, sugars, vitamins, and minerals. Your diet tracking/transcript can be sent directly and automatically to your doctor. That’s a fantastic feature.
