The app is so hard to navigate. I could click on every button except pay bill. I tried calling but it was all automated. Tried link from email. That did not work. Had to add app to my iPad and 9n top of having to re-enter all of my information including name and address, I had to keep turning my iPad to see all of the screens to complete the payment. Ridiculous an app would make you consider changing insurance.
As someone who used the old app, it was out dated. This new app I mean still clearly isn’t anything crazy but it gets the job done. I easily signed in with my same account and paid the balance on my two bills with no problem. Even my card information was still saved, so not sure why everyone is crying in the reviews.
I downloaded the new app and tried to set up a new account (I hadn’t used the old app). It asked for my date of birth but it seems the only data entry option is to click on the calendar and scroll back month by month from present. For me this would require scrolling back through 70 years of monthly calendars, which would have been ridiculous. I contacted them and was informed they were aware of the problem and would be “working on it “. After seeing other people’s comments, my recommendation is they fire their app developer and find someone who knows what they’re doing.
