Works well, except for check deposit
As the title says, the app performs well but when you try to deposit a check you’re in for a nightmare. Check detection is just horrible. In auto mode it thinks it’s finding a check, takes a picture and then still rejects it. Manual mode is nothing better. It’s unable to detect and frame a check multiple tries and then the final picture still shows more then the actual check.

The BrightBridge CU is outstanding for customer service. We are using three locations- Quincy, Hanover and Bridgewater. Each single customer service representative is great, knowledgeable and takes care of you as you are their family member. Always with respect and high level professionalism. The updated the App
While the app when it functions it’s actually decent, giving it this score due to the latest update it rendered this app useless due to not being able to log in, please update to fix log in issue. Update: the developer updated the app and it works great. Hopefully it stays this way. My score reflects this.
