Glacier Bank

I am very grateful to have a banking app to use for my phone, I have been a loyal customer for several years however it is very slow to upload transactions to be seen on my app. I have to use another app from my phone to track transactions because it doesn’t show up right away, sometimes 3days to a week! When using the old one Glacier bank app it uploaded every transaction right away, now some times it takes days for it to load. When I use it to Pay rent there has been a couple of times now where it hasn’t transferred my rent due to my account being “too low. ” So my rent has been behind. However I have had the money in my account. I miss the old app to be honest! I am not one to be upset with Change however if it’s an “upgraded” version of the app I wish it would work at least the same if not better. I want to continue to be a loyal customer, this has given me pause for thought in debating on switching my banking. Since it’s my lifeline to my money. Thank you for listening!

They just switched apps but I’m loving this one more than the last!!! I’m able to see so much more and add specific notifications for when so much is taken out, OR put in!! That way I’ll never forget about a payment made or when my taxes hit I don’t have to check every single day!! Once so much hits the account I get alerted on my text, email and the app!! Currently dealing with a fraudulent charge so I’m trying to see about ordering a new card online!! Not sure but I’m going to find out lol. This bank has always been VERY good to me! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know in the area!!!!

The new app is not usher friendly. Deposits take far longer than before. Venmo’s even when you pay for instant transfer do not hit the account until the next day. At that rate I shouldn’t have to pay for instant transfer. My checks use to post immediately and now it’s 12-24 hrs. Also warning your customers the app is changing before rolling it out and disabling the original one would have been a nice heads up. I spent three days thinking I was typing something in wrong or something was wrong with my phone. I then had to hold for a substantial amount of time to speak with someone who couldn’t walk me through how the app worked because “they just rolled it out on us we don’t know how to navigate it either”. Highly frustrating. I’ve banked with you guys for years and never had any issues in any area of the bank until now. Not having access to my money immediately is the biggest loss for me.
