Being a retired military member, I have used many credit unions throughout my lifetime. Park Side Credit Union is the very best I’ve ever invested in. They have superior banking and investment opportunities as well as very reasonable interest rates on loans and payouts on your personal investments. The staff and customer service are always friendly and superior to any Credit Union or bank I’ve ever invested in or known about. I would highly recommend them.

The Parkside App has made it easy for me to manage my money with ease. I would recommend the app to anyone who banks with Parkside credit union. I’ve had the app for a few years and have little to no issues with it.

Not user friendly. Applied on app for a loan and got halfway through and it timed out twice and deleted everything. If you have hidden an account you can’t change the setting on the app to show it so you can transfer money to it. I don’t want to see my teenagers total as part of my total balances. Hid it and couldn’t transfer money to him until I got to a computer to unhide his account. A few more issues with Parkside and we will be switching banks. We’ve only had this bank for 2 months and I’m already regretting our decision to switch banks.
