First Bank of Wyoming

ATM is always down. We have to pay a 5 sometimes 6 dollar service charge at other ATMs. I have complained a number of times and never get the full reimbursement. The APP is alway refreshing and behind in real time. We’ve been members at this bank for a long time, but recently opened an account a trona of it doesn’t get better soon we’re switching everything over.

Can’t send or request with the partnered Zelle feature, can only receive. It always prompts me for my password before adding a recipient to send or request from, and when I put it in, it doesn’t do anything. It just takes me back to that same page.

With online banking I can see current interest rates, statement balances on all accounts easily! Making transfers is convenient!
