Always feels like small town! I feel known every time I call.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at either of the Durango, CO branches has been courteous and accommodating. That being said, when I was attempting to explore fortuitous options regarding my life savings (specifically my employer contributions,) The local staff was ignorant of the available offerings. Despite the “boilerplate printouts” that defined my option to control an owner-directed IRA, I learned, that “this was not a product they provided.” After I left in search of better options, a Glacier Bank representative called me and offered interest bearing options for my employer matched contributions. The One Big Happy Little Bank proved to be one nugget of a big chicken. I have been consistently pleased with my interactions with the local staff, in terms of friendliness and professionalism. The lack of knowledge is my only complaint.

This bank is small enough to help when needed but by being a "glacier bank" is also big enough to be good for other reasons ! I love my local Pagosa Springs CO branch !
