GeoFS - Flight Simulator

!!!REQUIRES URGENT DEVELOPER ATTENTION!!! PROS: GeoFS is a realistic flight simulator and has great potential for a web browser flight simulator, the new SR scenery brings counteract to complaint and the wide access to aircraft that are both developer and community contributed is also very nice. Especially when the models are all free. The official GeoFS aircraft also have highly detailed cockpits, exteriors, interiors and more. For a web browser based flight simulator, this is revolutionary. CONS: Anything has it’s flaws. Moving your camera in Chase/Free cams, is very difficult and really needs improvement. There is a 403 bad gateway for this app which is questionable and makes the app completely useless. This is an app primarily based off of website “emulation”. Which can be very buggy, especially in a mobile app. The UI is very large and hunched together too much, the screen compatability proportions are not okay, resulting in a white area on the side of the screen, the sound system for free/chase cams is very very bad and needs improvement. Some aircraft need remodels, bring back the MD-11. CONCLUSION: GeoFS offers realistic scenery, physics, and aircraft models. But, like any app, it has its set of flaws. 6.5-10

Love the realistic dense world wide buildings/skyscrapers in game. Best of all mobile flight sims. However the sim needs a lot more to be desired for example a better interface to fly, better night lighting, Optimized graphics, More planes and liveries. wish a couple mobile sims could collaborate and or combine features into one sim. Or even implement different features from one another that are needed. Like this sim’s buildings and HD satellite imagery into Aerofly. And infinite flight’s navigation system. I see a lot of potential here. Hope to see more updates soon!

Overall a great flight simulator. But you will need a good device (works great on iPhone 8plus but stutters on 2017 iPad) and you will definitely need a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection to use it, since it streams satellite imagery. The standard global scenery imagery is just as good as infinite flight, and it's free with the core app. The HD terrain (subscription) is incredible! You have to ability to fly anywhere in the world with multiplayer with much sharper terrain and at a fraction of the cost of infinite flight. It does have beautiful clouds and global weather. There is a wide variety of aircraft, unlike some sims which focus mostly on airliners. But I would like to see more of the aircraft that are available on the PC version. Also, it really needs a HUD view for small mobile screens. I'm excited to see how this evolves! I also hope to see the 'flat runway enhancement' come to mobile. Because right now, the terrain mesh at airports like Saba in the Caribbean and Courcheval in France are wrong. Also, the app will quickly drain the battery and heat up your device. EDIT: This latest update is a good improvement. The weather engine is much improved. I would like to be able to fade the menu bar on the bottom of the screen. I found a couple bugs though: when you slide from left from the right side of the screen, the whole display shifts left. Also, when you tap anywhere on the bottom of the screen, it changes the view to straight up or behind the pilot. This is a problem because the buttons for gear/flaps/brakes are on the bottom. Anytime you press one of the buttons, the view changes and it's very disorienting close to or on the ground.
