Not sure how I’ve had this app since the first day it came out and I’ve somehow never reviewed?! But this app and coach Kel truly are the best around! There are SO many amazing workouts, not to mention challenges and programs, recipes, and an amazing community of people who lead with kindness and humor. You’ll never get bored. There is something for everyone and for every day. Whether you’re feeling low energy, ready to take on the world, or everything in between. There’s a workout for it! Kel is so innovative, the workouts are so much fun AND they’re extremely effective. My booty has never looked better, I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’ve never felt so strong and powerful and feminine. Been working out with Kel for 6 years now, and you can honestly pry this app from my cold, dead hands.
