DO NOT JOIN THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT RANDOM CHARGES. I tried FashionPass and quickly decided it wasnโt for me (lack of sizes, nothing was ever in stock, etc), so I cancelled my subscription and followed the cancellation policy instructions. Despite this, I was still charged for the next month. When I reached out, they said โomg this has never happened before our badโ and said theyโd refund me, but as of now the refund still hasnโt gone through. Then, after my subscription was cancelled, I was charged for three items I returned, totaling almost $500. This was insane considering the clothing hadnโt even been delivered to their warehouse at the time of the charge. Now, Iโm emailing customer service (since thereโs no phone number) trying to get back the money they โaccidentallyโ charged me. They took $600 out of my account unauthorized and now I am just waiting for a refund. As of now, I still havenโt received any communication back regarding the almost $500 charge for the returned items. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Try Nuuly or any other site unless you want $600 missing from your account.
Iโve been a subscriber for about a year and a half and have been thinking about trying a different service. I donโt like the new plan breakdown with two orders per month as it can be difficult to schedule your orders if you have an event that is near your month reset (which aligns with the date you first purchased). I have also received clothing that is quite worn out and I dislike that they do not offer size exchanges. The most frustrating aspect however is the awful glitchy website and app. At least once a week I cannot get into the app because it logs me out or else it says my password is wrong then all of a sudden it will work. I have contacted customer service about it but itโs always resolved before they get back with me but itโs very frustrating. In addition, I cannot โheartโ or bookmark items for the past week which makes it hard to find things for a future order. Lastly, every time I have reached out to customer service regarding something when they get back to me they are very nice but always just like โsorry.โ
I was a huge FashionPass promoter for years but the quality and customer service has gone down hill. The app could also use some work. overall wouldnโt recommend. WARNING: they never highlight that dropping in a drop box puts you financially on the hook for those items. Iโve been out $$$ since my returns went missing out of a drop box. Not worth the risk of being on the hook for this when they never tell you that upfront
