The interface needs further improvement. To make it easier to access the functionality required and data. And abroad access is restricted so if you need to use the app when traveling you can’t. The app is designed with the programmer mentality not from user prospective.
The functionality of the app is great, the UX not so much, it is difficult to navigate between the sections in the homescreen. Also when location permission is enabled it’s tracking my location in the background constantly which drains a lot of battery and is also creepy. Only manually killing it stopped this from happening. I think some focus on UX improvement and bug fixes would make this app awesome, right not its more of a “it works” rather than “this is an awesome app”.
Works smoothly but it has an issue with the insurance setting when paying for the appointment. I hope to fix it soon.
