Very expensive. Some stuff is very average
I am amazed to see low ratings for Fabindia, considering the wonderful quality and range of what it offers. Over the years, I’ve found so many things there that were just perfect for my taste. Perhaps what the low ratings are focussed on is not the store itself but the online shopping experience. I myself have run into occasional trouble, including being unable to use my longtime account to purchase curtains just a few days ago. But when I called customer service, they figured out that my account needed to be refreshed — for whatever reason — and once that was done, all was fine.
While I like their products, shopping with their mobile app is such a pain. Slow and will never disappoint Cart details. Often I get user unauthenticated message though it’s in my account. I had to delete from my mobile and resort to laptop version
