I can only give this 3 stars because it has no way of cutting or adding to frequencies. If it had that potential this would get a 5. That and it takes wayyyyy too long to connect, and last but definitely not least please make it to where you can use the speaker while firmware updates are in. Let us have the option don’t make us do that

I originally gave this app a bad review because it would not pair. I finally figured out the problem. To pair successfully I restarted my phone, I went to settings and “forgot” the device. Then I pushed the pair button on the unit itself, went back to settings and clicked on the EV selection. I went back to the app and clicked on the pair spot and it worked. Now I can skip most of those steps if I simply push the pair button on the device before accessing the app. Then it pairs nicely. After I found how to adjust each individual input, I am a happy customer.

Love the 50ms, been using a pair of them a for a rock trio in both indoor and outdoor venues. The following are requests based on real world experience with this system over the last year. The App is so close to being perfect but it really needs just a bit more to make a pro unit. Please consider the following when developing the next app release. 1. Ipad wont allow naming of channels: Brand new ipad air and most recent EV app. i can not rename channels. (No ios keyboard appears when i click Rename.) However my iphone WILL let me rename them BUT... even when I store the session and switch back to the iPad, none of the channel names remain when I recall the session. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG! 2. EQ is lacking: NEED PARAMETRIC EQ on each channel - 3 band doesn't get it for drums or acoustic instruments. (At least Para on the main and aux would be a decent compromise) 3. NEEDS PRE FADER: Must be able to send signal to aux without main vol. 4. FX to AUX Please allow channel effects send to aux as well as main. 5. 2nd AUX SEND. When using smart link, why cant you have the second aux output on the second unit be a real 2nd aux, independent of aux 1? Please keep updating and improving this great mixing app. Regardless of it current shortfalls its still amazing!
