1: You can not complete registration within the app. You need to go to one of their designated medical center to show your HKID in person. What!? 2: Extremely long and confusing UI design, very user unfriendly. 3: Confusing mess from start to finish, after struggling with the app for 30 minutes only to find out you can’t finish the registration. 4: This is as bad as the “I AM Smart” app by the HK gov.
It is not available in Hong Kong store. Only in US store. It keeps spinning. It won’t open. Fire the persons who work on this project.
When I tried to create a login ID, it keeps crashing when I click on the password section, therefore I can’t even create an account.
