Absolutely useless if you buy your loyalty card in store. Try to register it and gives you a second number which is not recognised. A known problem which the company does not seem interested in putting right. Over a week now and still can’t use it countless emails, phone calls etc and still waiting. Keeps saying it has been reset leave 72 hours and try again but still doesn’t work.

I was able to log in to my account via the iPhone, but when I tried via my iPad I could not get the number button to work. My password for the account has letters and numbers. I know my iPad works okay as I can use numbers perfectly okay. But this app appears not to work for being able to type the numbers in.
