I use this app on my IPhone, and having changed address and checked out how to change it, when you log into the account there is no such thing as an address book . When you go to the ‘chat’ option it takes you to a page that only lists irrelevant questions, it won’t allow you to add one, not helpful!
I do not do any ordering whatsoever on my iPhone. It’s too small, making it hard to navigate. When I open your app in my iPad, it appears as if it was on my iPhone—too small. So I’ve given up using the app and will, if I decide to shop with Lakeland, go to the website.
This was a real disappointment. Why am I greeted with a silly word game when I go to the Home Screen on the app? Really essential features are missing or hard to find - I’m thinking of “My orders” or a wish list. Why no Apple Pay? The app tries too hard with the hard sell and doesn’t make ordering easy. Fewer ads and offers please and more simplicity of use!
