Hobbycraft: Shop Arts & Crafts

I have had the Hobbycraft app downloaded on my phone for many years, I have an old iPhone 6s which works perfectly well and I don’t have the money to buy a newer one so I have a secondhand one. Now suddenly when I open the app on my phone, it tells me to update the app, but then when I go to update it in App Store it brings me back to the ‘update’ message on the app - sending me round in an endless loop. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it gives me the option of downloading an older version of the app (As I also have a newer iPad with the app downloaded on it) but then on the iPhone it downloads the older version of app but won’t let me use it, bringing up the same ‘you must update your app’ message. I don’t carry a big iPad around with me when I shop in Hobbycraft, I take my phone but this now makes it useless having the Hobbycraft app on my phone when I go in store shopping. If an older version of the app is available to download from the App Store, why is it locking me into this update message, making me unable to access Hobbycraft club anymore on my phone when I am in store. I have had the app on my phone for years I am now locked out of the app which is crazy.

The app is made well and I’m really impressed with the amount of vouchers and discounts you can get from just being a member, for example, I’ll wait a month or so before my next shop and come back to so many offers which ends up making my hobby re-stocks extremely cheap! The app is also extremely easy to navigate and overall great to have

Been a long time user of hobbycrafts website and stores, always hoped there would one day be an app (love the website but it’s a bit hard to navigate sometimes) when a friend recommended I try out the new hobbycraft app I was both excited and skeptical as I was worried it would be a bit more difficult to use. as soon as I opened the app I was delighted with how quick and easy it is to use! I have already recommended it to all my fellow hobbycraft lovers and have ordered some bits 🙊 definitely worth downloading in my opinion As of yet i haven’t come across any sort of bugs or faults, considering this app is new it’s absolutely incredible already! Props to the developers! Thank you hobbycraft!
