I have been using dime products for three years now, WOW! I can’t believe I had never heard of this company before. I started out by being introduced to the perfumes… every time I was around my sister she literally smelled intoxicating and finally I found out what she was wearing. It was Malibu night. So I ordered Malibu night and 7 summers for funzies. I’ve repurchased BOTH twice. I recently purchased Dans Les Bois as well and boy oh boy. Those are my top 3! I’d recommend getting the perfume samples kit if you haven’t ever smelled their perfumes! I like the sample kit that has dans les bois, Malibu night, 7 summers, lovely sweet dreams, and I love your smell baby. All 5 of those scents are AMAZING! The other sample kit with Tuesday date night and core memory etc is awful - truly I’d pass that on to your grandma. lol. The skincare though!! I feel like I’m at a spa every day! Goes amazing under makeup and my skin is in condition that I don’t even wear makeup anymore hardly! I’m looking to try to the blue facial oil next - everything has been amazing! The app is awesome and I have text alerts on and I just watch out for deals / specials because they always have them and I wait til my fave stuff is on a deal and snatch it up!! Also Black Friday every year is 30% off! Customer service has always been amazing too! 10/10 I recommend to ALL my friends!

I found out about this brand from a YouTuber I like watching and she talked about her skin struggles and how Dime products have helped her. At first, I thought she was just promoting it as a partnership thing and thought she her professional skin treatments hit her skin right. I still bought it in great faith that it would work. I’ve been trying skincare products that’ll work for a little bit and then my skin would just begin to breakout again, the time products I’ve been using are great! The hyper low serum has been wonders for my skin! One thing I would appreciate the Dime team worked on has nothing to do with the products honestly. I would appreciate if there was a better system in the app to retrieve the points earned in the app rather than having to click a link from a reminder through text message.

I have been using DIME products for a few years now & absolutely love the noticeable difference in the appearance of my mature skin! Products definitely deserve 5 stars, however the difficulties I have experienced with the app are extremely frustrating, hence my 4 star review! I previously tried to set up auto renewals for some of my products & it was a disaster. They were coming way too frequently & although I was told by customer service that I could make changes on the app, unfortunately that is not the case. The app told me I had no auto renewals. Because I’ve been a loyal customer over the years, I also frequently earn rewards, which is an awesome benefit to buying DIME products. The downside is that there is nowhere to apply the rewards I have earned when checking out in the app. Again, extremely frustrating when spending money consistently on their products. Why bother telling customers they have earned a credit when it can’t be used/applied? I’ve reached out for support & always receive a timely response, however the problems in the app have never been fixed. Hopeful these issues can be resolved as it is a bit of a turn off when considering future purchases.
