Nice community chat. Lots of coping skills and activities to try in place of your emotional eating and food cravings. This is a beautiful app. It was very well thought out. You really begin to feel like you’re not alone on this journey. There are lots of other tools and mini goals to check off and explore as well. I would say it’s well worth the prize. I’m new here, but I love the little character to chat with too. Any app for adults where something a lot of us struggle with, is made into a fun and safe place to work on getting better each day, with others as well, is a definite win. 5/5

I can confidently say the layout of the app is user friendly and they have something for everyone! If one method doesn’t work for you there is always 4 other options until you find what’s best for your recovery. I major in psychology and have noticed many proven methods that underlay the apps workings :)
