I used to use the app regularly, then we got new iPhones three month ago and I forgot to download it. I just downloaded it today and it has changed for the worse. Will not let me log in, despite knowing I’m using the correct credentials, and things look at a lot more crowded than they used to. Whoever designed this app needs to take it back to the drawing board

Several reviewers complained about warning messages or other issues. The first time I launched the app, I saw these too. Closing and reopening the app resolved them. Once resolved, I’m able to do everything I would expect in the app, and the UI is far more intuitive than the old app. Thanks for the update, CA!

For a few important things - it says contact the facility by phone. E.g. Can’t change payment card info, my wife unable to log into the app in her phone using the login credentials, tennis clubs only have 25 min and 60 minute options when the facility says nothing has changed in regards to time slots and they still have same availability… , not able to see which courts are booked / available in a given facility etc. The app Upgrade seems counterintuitive… at least for now.
