Clean Cash

This is my first time using this app. However, I love it! It’s really convenient because I don’t have to make sure I have enough quarters to wash and dry, I don’t have to leave my apartment to see if the washers are available, I don’t have to wonder how long my wait is going to be and I don’t have to wait on maintenance to put in a work order. When I get paid, I just add a few bucks to the account and it’s sitting there until I need it.

I have used this app for over six months now and I have not had a single problem with the app or the equipment that it runs. It is much more reliable than using cash even. Plus the bonus is, if you notice a problem with the equipment you can report it right away and the technician automatically has the information that you supplied them immediately so that it gets fixed in a timely fashion. Personally, I will never go back to using Cash again, unless I just don’t have any other choice. Fantastic job to everyone behind all the hard work they put into building this technology for the consumer, we really appreciate it and look forward to what may be next!

I’m sure this app is perfectly functional when connected to data, as most people are most of the time. However, I recently moved to a new apartment complex that uses this app in its laundry room and I don’t get any cell service in the basement where the machines are located. After running back and forth from my apartment with wifi to the laundry room to set up the app, I finally loaded money onto my account and connected to the washing machine via bluetooth. However, I still needed an internet connection for the app to allow me to pay for my load of laundry while simultaneously being connected to the machine’s bluetooth. Luckily I was able to scrounge up some quarters for the machine, but now I have $10 sitting on my account that I’ll probably never be able to use because of my bad cell service. So if you’re going to use this app, make sure you have a good internet connection in your laundry room.
