I was a bit skeptical, especially because I feel healthcare doesn’t have time for this sort of initiative. But maybe we should be making time for this, because it’s so easy and enjoyable and elevates engagement and community. I also am blown away at how great it’s made me feel - the cycle of positivity is tremendous. It’s produced the kind of feedback I personally needed. So simply. So fun. What a fantastic idea - love the app. 10/10 would recommend!
I recently started using the Charge Health app, and I’m really impressed! The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to recognize my peers. I love how it allows me to easily think of my coworkers in a fun and interactive manner! It’s also really fun to see how people recognize you!
Being able to drop sparkles every day to others and receive in return in an easy fun way makes such a difference at work. Easy to use and love the continuous updates and enhancements!
