Central Co-op Membership

Managed to sign up to a card and got the email with the card no. Now trying to login to the app and it sends me in a circle of welcome add email address, then verification, add name and address etc and says I already have an account! But won’t give me a login page! Only a sign up page! It has gone on for weeks! I have the app and card for the other coop card, we have both types of shops in our little town. I’m contemplating never using this store or card because it will not let me activate or login on the app! It only allows you to sign up! Can’t even delete the account I’ve set up! What a waste of time

The app is ok, simple to understand and use I just wish they’d fix the weekend games. They keep sending me notifications to say the game is live but when I open it the game doesn’t load 🤷‍♀️

Much better setup than the old app, I feel I have much more control of what I’m doing. Fresh new feel and the in app games are pretty cool too… I won a free pastry last week. Also I’d like to add that being able to have a virtual receipt is so beneficial. There still are some “members price” products but you’ll only get that if you download this app as they are exclusive to app users.
