I love this game because it helps me relax and calm down. I love this app so much especially the background music!thank you so much for this app I love it!

How can I fully decide if the app works for me when I only have access to 3 pictures? The idea is appealing and I found this app from a counseling magazine but if I had known the limited access I'd have...I wouldn't have bothered downloading it. From what I could see, the pictures are beautiful and I would see myself using this app but I'm sorry I'm not about to spend more than a $1 when I have limited choices to test it out.

It's amazing how simply following a trail can suddenly lead to intense concentration and relaxation! I hear there's been some research backing this up and it makes sense. If you have anxiety attacks, you need to give it a try. Works best on ipad.
