Never seems to work properly, can’t change personal information, does not link up with the store if doing a click n collect order to use points, does not scan in store.. that app does not work so nothing displays even after updating multiple times! Whoever developed this useless app should be sacked! Clearly they have no idea on what they’re doing!! Support when contacted either have no idea or simply no response. -5 out of 10! Absolute rubbish!

I have an iPhone SE 3. It’s super fast compared to most phones on the market, but when I open this app it only has a “join now” button that can be pressed. I can scroll down to reveal “sign in”, but when I remove my finger it snaps back up to only revealing the “join now” button, rendering the “sign in” hyperlink completely unusable. In short, it’s not optimised for this particular model of phone, leaving me without sufficient access to sign in.

1. Registered and verified and validated yet when signing in it doesn’t recognise either the email address or password, yet when I validate again the app opens. 2. I’m away at the moment so the delivery and billing address are different, if I untick the box saying they are the same I can’t proceed to payment. 3. Sent email via “Contact Us” receive email saying they would call next day, they didn’t. 4. Email also asked me to reply if I had additional info to enter, when hit send the email bounces back. Question is how much business are they losing because the App doesn’t work.
