Capsule Pharmacy

I am not joking when I say this is the coolest and most efficient delivery app EVER. I’ve had issues with pharmacies in the past where my prescriptions were delayed when I was told they were ready, they had to do long back and forths with my doctor, my copays were insane, and I sometimes had to go DAYS without necessary medication. And, as I discovered during COVID-19 lockdowns, my pharmacies would not deliver my meds because they’re all some level of controlled substances. Capsule was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. After I filled out my info and transferred my current prescriptions, almost all of them were ready in two days. My copay estimates were maybe 25% of what I usually pay. I added them to my cart, entered my address, and checked out, where I picked a specific delivery window when I would be available. The delivery driver was right on time and all I had to do was sign for the package. My meds were all there, all correct, delivered in a timely manner, and the topical gel I require for a chronic condition was even in a just slightly larger tube to last me a bit longer. I received texted updates and confirmations the whole way. This has to be a life saver for people who can’t physically get out to pharmacies! Coolest and easiest thing I’ve ever done. I’m highly satisfied so far. In fact, this is one of the few reviews I’ve ever written, and definitely the longest and most positive one. If you are on the fence and considering using Capsule, just try it!! It’s so awesome

We did have an issue where prescriptions were marked delivered when they had not been and it was a bit frustrating having to wait to get it resolved. I was really worried bc the meds were controlled substances and I knew it would be hard to get a new prescription for them. HOWEVER, I had a call from the pharmacist the next day, which was a Sunday and she was very apologetic and promised me she would contact my doctor and insurance to have the prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. There was no need because what looked like my neighbor dropped them off so they must have accidentally been delivered to the wrong house. That happens a lot with Uber eats and door dash so really it’s not that out of the realm of possibilities. I would only suggest making sure you give yourself a few days just in case there is an issue so you don’t go without your medication. These things can happen, I’ve often received packages that weren’t mine. Despite this little hiccup, I still rated them a 5 star because the issue was resolved within 24 hours and they included stickers in the bag which my 2 year old loved!!

I’m still not sure if this is a dream or not because I’m absolutely blown away. I’ve been taking a certain medication that comes with a stigma. A heavy one that makes “Working Professionals” judge and treat someone like they’re convicted felons/criminals/stupid, and then make it as tough or impossible to get your prescription. You can’t even call a pharmacy and ask if they carry this medication because they don’t want those kinds of patients at the pharmacy. I’ve been denied refills that were legit and then told by a pharmacist who now thinks they’re a Dr try and tell me what I need to do and then start loudly talking about my private medical business in front of 10+ customers blatantly violating my HIPAA Rights a laws. I’ve got stories for days. Then I heard about Capsule. I called BS….. that is until I was holding this medication in my hands that was delivered…..for free and half as much as Walgreens, CVS, Costco, etc charged. For the first time in 20yrs I was treated like a real human being and with respect. I’m still completely floored this happened. The text support is freaking amazing. Real people sending real-time reply’s who care and are knowledgeable about every aspect of the company and can help you with anything. Capsule you have gained a new Member for life and I will never, ever, ever go to another pharmacy like Walgreens, CVS, or anything close to one…….Unless this is really a dream and then I’m really F!?ked.
