App not working
Not working again , saying issue with server , I’ve tried to log out to restart etc. I have checked sign others they are having the same issue.

Unloading purchases on loyalty card
I downloaded the app last Friday. I purchase coffee every morning and most lunchtimes. Only have 2 marked purchases. Guy in shop told me to email and now it’s not recognising my email. I have tried a couple of times to no avail. Coffee good but loyalty card not.

Website works
The app doesn’t recognise my email but the website does and I’ve been a loyal customer using my account in their cafe no problem. Please fix your app and have it synced to the website. It keeps telling me my email is in valid when it’s not. I want to use this app for convenience click and collect but can’t if it’s not working and not syncing my account as I have points on it almost to get me a free drink!!!
