The app has a nice design, but there are significant issues preventing successful online ordering. It does not allow amendment of address details. Although it recognizes the address with the postcode, it removes the postcode itself when added to the order. There is no option to manually add the postcode, which prevents me from completing the order. Additionally, even if there is a Camile restaurant close to my address, the app automatically assigns a much further location and does not allow manual changes.

Devs, listen up! New version is slightly better but doesn’t have an option to view your order for collection after paying (even when logged into your account) so have to sometimes ring and confirm it went through. Also, would be handy to be able to choose pay in store for collection.

Where is the search option? Website has the same problem. I want to search a dish. I don’t want to have to scroll through everything and not find what I’m looking for. Also homepage of the website doesn’t work, I can’t click on any of the options. But it looks extremely outdated not sure what’s happened there. I don’t know why it’s still live, if you go into the hamburger menu and work from there you’re brought to a similar interface to the app. Bit clunky too just doesn’t seem to work that well in general.
