Bubble Tower 2

A surprise treat! Game looks like most others in the genre, but was surprisingly hypnotic. Pieces follow the laws of physics (i.e. jenga)... Blocks of different shapes and with different functions start to show up as the levels progress. The levels have a fun mix of: careful problem solving at your own pace; ones where timing is everything before making the first move; and a combination of the two. Cons: sometimes randomly jumps around levels and no way that I can see to go back to the menu once you start.

Totally silly and totally fun! If you like Angry Birds (who doesn’t?), you’ll love this. Very simple, so it’s quick to play a few rounds if you just need to relax for a few minutes, but very tough to put down. Could use a small boost to responsiveness - sometimes bubbles don’t react fast enough. Kudos to Developer!

Maybe it's just my older iPad, but I find this game cannot play very fast and still be reliable- many times the screen does not respond when I play the game at any kind of speed. This is a very good concept, and the simple visuals and realistic physics make it a lot of fun. Maybe I should just buy new hardware...
